Pikachu with designs

Well I just wanted to draw a Pikachu with little things around him like cute streamers and fireworks in the background cause I didn't want it to be plain would of been thumbs down and I think I drew Pikachu's tail a lot better getting better except for drawing on notebook lol but I made him a bit dark so you can see the outline of it cause it would of blend in and that wouldn't be cool so I made him a lot better hope you like btw this is my 128 drawing lol
